Short & clear
A language is more than vocabulary.
The FÜD translates into over 70 languages – each by native speakers with a specialist background. 78 languages already have their own specialist page with process, documents and price range; all price groups and starting prices from € 0.89 per standard line are on the prices page. Further languages and rare combinations are equally available and can be found via the live search below.
The target market decides the right variant: European or Brazilian Portuguese, Modern Standard or regional Arabic, simplified or traditional Chinese. We secure terminology through translation memories so that terms stay consistent across all documents. Where an authority or court requires it, court-sworn and certified translators produce a certified translation with a certification note.

Certified per language
Certified translation – for practically every language.
Official documents don't need just any translator, but a certified translation with a certification note.
For official documents, court-sworn and certified translators (in German gerichtlich beeidete und zertifizierte Übersetzer) produce the certified translation under § 14 SDG; the certification note makes it recognisable by authorities and courts across Austria. This applies to the vast majority of the over 70 languages – from Albanian to Vietnamese.
If your target country requires an apostille, it is issued solely by the competent authority or the Regional Court – not by the FÜD. We advise whether one is needed and deliver the translation in a recognisable form. Details: what does a certified translation cost? and certified translation.
